The spacious room had a lovely balcony (perfect for morning coffee! ). The spa services were top-notch, and the staff were genuinely helpful in planning our daily outings.

A few extra towels and pillows would have made the stay even better.

The location is fantastic, being in the city center and close to main attractions, which made exploring easy. The Deluxe Studio was a bit hard on the mattress for me, but the hotel staff quickly helped out by adding extra doonas, which made a big difference. The room was cozy, and I loved the beautiful view of the lush greenery. Just a quick walk from great restaurants too!
